I’m not a manager. Sometimes I’m so confused about management. After Tal’s classes about positive psychology, my next self-taught class will be management.
When there are short of people to do things, to actually answer phone calls and to deal with requirements, the changes in the first (left side) one are often what happened. For me, the second one should happen but it seems hardly so. Why the changes are not to strengthen the fundamental working teams first? Rather it’s to strengthen the management team first?
